NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to the provisions of the Kenya Information and Communications Act (Cap. 411), that the Communications Authority of Kenya shall notify for broadcasting applications. Click on Sale of Publication and then click next in the resulting page. 2. Enter your address details and click next. 3. Click the drop down arrow to choose the type of publication you wish to purchase and click preview. 4. Confirm your details and the details of the publication and click complete. TO PLACE KENYA GAZETTE ADVERTISEMENT 1. Click Kenya Gazette advertisement and then click next in the resulting page. 2. Click next on the applicants details page. 3. Click the drop down arrow to select the size of the advertisement page/space, Select the date for advertisement and click next. Note: It take two (2) weeks for the advertisement to be placed. 4. Click next. 5. Confirm advert size and click next. 6. Click choose file to upload the advertisement text and click preview. 7. Review your application and click complete. 8. They are, therefore, submitted to the Government Printer directly. (2) Legislative Supplement contains Rules and Regulations which are issued by the National or County Governments. Because of this, they must be submitted to the Government Printer through the office of the Attorney–General. (3) Bill Supplement contains Bills which are for introduction in the National Assembly, Senate or County Assemblies. (4) Act Supplement contains Acts passed by the National Assembly, Senate or County Assemblies. All “copy” submitted for publication should be prepared on one side of an A4 sheet no matter how small the Notice is, each page being numbered and should be typed with double spacing.
