WHEREAS (1) Ratemo Waya Michieka and (2) Michieka Okioga Michieka, both of P.O. Box 66527–00800, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that parcel of land known as L.R. No. 19959/30, situate in the south west of Thika Municipality in 30th May, 2025 THE KENYA GAZETTE the Kiambu District, registered as I.R. 106810, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
