APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 4A (2) of the Urban Areas and Cities Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Lands, Public Works, Housing and Urban Development appoints the persons whose 11th December, 2025 THE KENYA GAZETTE names are set out in the first column of the Schedule hereto to be members of the Ad hoc committee for delineation of the boundaries of the proposed Municipality of Runyenjes in Embu County with effect from the 1st July, 2025.
