PURSUANT to the provisions of Articles 6 (2) and 189 of the Constitution of Kenya, sections 24, 25 and 26 of the Intergovernmental Relations Act, and section 118 of the County Governments Act, 2012, 11th December, 2025 THE KENYA GAZETTE it is notified for the general information of the public that on the 13th July, 2025, the County Government of Tana River entered into an Intergovernmental Partnership Agreement with the Ministry of Education for the issuance of bursaries and scholarships within Tana River County. A copy of the said Agreement is available for inspection at the office of the County Executive Committee Member, Education and Training, County Government of Tana River.
