REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Alex Edward Opiyo (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.0259 hectare or thereabouts, known as L.R. No. Nairobi/Block 78/606, situate in the district of Nairobi, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Homa Bay in Succession Cause No. E260 of 2021, has issued a grant of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Rita Cindy Atieno Opiyo, (2) Alice Akinyi Opiyo Nyaoro and (3) Lloyd Abrhams Opiyo, of all P.O. Box 30429, Nairobi in Kenya, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost and/or misplaced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
