THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Leah Wangui Mburu and (2) Martin Giathi Mburu, as the administrators of the estate of Peter Mburu Gathi (decased), of P.O. Box 171–20116, Gilgil in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, known as L.R. No. 6585/278, situate in the Nyahururu Township in the Nyandarua District, by virtue of a grant, registered as I.R. 32609/1, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the property register shall be reconstructed under provisions of section 33 (5), provided that no objection has been received within that period.
