THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mayfair Holdings Limited, of P.O. Box 1064, Kisumu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0338 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nakuru, registered under title 11th December, 2025 THE KENYA GAZETTE No. Nakuru Municipality Block 2/1026, and whereas the said land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register under provisions of section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
