REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mark Mutende Barasa, is registered as proprietor of all that property, known as parcel No. Butsotso/Esumeyia/1486, situate in the Kakamega County, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said register extract deed (green card) issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct a register extract deed (green card) provided that no objection has been received within that period.
