THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Okuli Amukobe (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Kisa/Mundobelwa/306, situate in the district of Kakamega, and whereas the Magistrate’s Court in Succession Cause No. 49 of 2018, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Filice Awinja Okwiri, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to Okuli Amukobe (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of R.L. 19 and R. L. 7, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Okuli Amukobe (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. Dated the 11th December, 2025. W.
