THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Phillip Nguthi Ngura alias Nguthi Ngura (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, known as Mutira/Kirimunge/1096, containing 0.75 hectare or thereabouts, and whereas the Judge of the Kerugoya Law Court in Succession Cause No. E107 of 2025, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Jane Wambura Mwithi and (2) Lucy Nyambura Wachira, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation has failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deeds and proceed with registration of the said administration letters to (1) Jane Wambura Mwithi and (2) Lucy Nyambura Wachira, and upon such registration the land title deeds issued earlier to the said Philip Nguthi Ngura alias Nguthi Ngura (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
