GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 18306

WHEREAS Ibrahim Njiru M’Njega alias Njiru M’Njega (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 1.36 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Embu, known as Kagaari/Ikanja/588, and whereas in the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Runjenjes in Succession Cause No. E233 of 2024, has issued letters of administration to (1) Rachel Ciumwari Njeru and (2) Agata Wanja Njoka, and whereas the said (1) Rachel Ciumwari Njeru and (2) Agata Wanja Njoka have executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission in respect of the said piece of land, and whereas the land title deed is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by tansmission in favour of (1) Rachel Ciumwari Njeru and (2) Agata Wanja Njoka, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Ibrahim Njiru M’Njega alias Njiru M’Njega (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
