THE PHYSICAL AND LAND USE PLANNING ACT

PURSUANT to the provisions of section 49(1) of the Physical and Land Use Planning Act, Notice is given that preparation of the above Part Development Plans has been completed on 30th day of September 2025. The plan relate to land situated within Minjila – Tana Delta Sub- county, Tana River County. Copies of the plans have been deposited for public inspection at the office of the County Executive Committee Member in charge of Lands and Physical Planning, Hola and Sub-county Administrator’s office Tana Delta Sub-county. The copies so deposited are available for inspection free of charge between 8:00am and 4:30 pm during working days. Any interested person who wishes to make any representations in connection with or objections to the above-named Development Plans may within sixty days send the same in writing to the office of the County Executive Committee Member for Lands, Physical Planning, Housing and Urban Development in Tana River County, and any such representation or objection shall state the grounds on which it is made.
