THAT this Honourable Court do issue Preservation Order prohibiting the Respondent and/or her employees, agents, servants or any other persons acting on her behalf from transacting, transferring and/or dealing in any manner with Motor Vehicle KDA 057F Toyota Vitz, Chassis No. NSP130-2129230. 3. THAT this Honourable Court do issue an order directing the NTSA to register a caveat against the records of the motor vehicle specified in prayer no. 2 above. 4. THAT a Preservation Order be and is hereby issued prohibiting the Respondent and/or her employees, agents, servants or any other persons acting on her behalf from transacting, transferring and/or dealing in any manner with Motor Vehicle KDA 057F Toyota Vitz, Chassis No. NSP130-2129230. 2. THAT an order be and is hereby issued directing the Director General of the National Transport and Safety Authority to register a caveat against the records of the motor vehicle specified in Order 1 above. 3.
