NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owner of motor vehicles which are lying at Autogari Kenya Limited to take delivery of the said motor vehicles within thirty (30) days from the date of this publication, upon payment of all accumulated storage charges and any other incidental costs incurred as 9052 9052 at the date delivery is taken, failure to which the same will be sold by public auction without any further reference thereof.
