TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2025 By Pauline Wanjiru Munyugi, of P.O. Box 1990–20117, Naivasha in Kenya, the deceased’s cousin, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pauline Wanjiru, who died at Villa, Naivasha, on 18th November, 2024. CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2025 By (1) Priscillah Mugure Ngari and (2) Elius Ndungu Gitau, both of P.O. Box 103–20117, Naivasha in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Josphat Gitau Ndungu, who died at M.P. Shah Hospital in Kenya, on 15th October, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
