E72 OF 2025 By Seleon ene Koin Tonkei, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Koin ole Tonkei alias John Koin ole Tonkei, who died at Machakos Hospital in Kenya, on 19th September, 2016. CAUSE NO. E111 OF 2025 By (1) Moses Tikoye ole Kiria, (2) Namarrau Sikoya Kiria and (3) Joseph Lekiman Kiria, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sekoyo Shani Kiria, who died at Life Care Hospital in Kenya, on 17th June, 2016. CAUSE NO. E131 OF 2025 By (1) Ntatoi ene Suyianka Keruku, (2) Ntoyian Suyianka Keruku and (3) Pashile ole Suyianga, the deceased’s widow and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Keruku Ntoyian Nkaruiya, who died at Inkiito, on 8th January, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
