TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E107 OF 2024 By Margret Omumbo Alal, the deceased’s step granddaughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Akilius Goro, who died on 12th June, 1983. CAUSE NO. E95 OF 2025 By (1) Samuel Odiwuor Agutu, (2) Kennedy Ochieng Agutu and (3) Silas Aran Agutu, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Richard Agutu Ochich, who died at Nyamasaria, Kisumu, on 30th November, 1999. CAUSE NO. E138 OF 2025 By (1) Hamram Wambore Awuonda, (2) Mary Atieno, (3) Lilian Atieno Okumu and (4) Ibrahim Ochieng Okumu, all of P.O. Box 1921–40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s children and grandchildren, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Awuonda Raburu Ibrahim alias Ibrahim Awuonda, who died on 18th April, 1984. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
