TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E323 OF 2024 By Mansukh Kanji Shah, of P.O. Box 1904–40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kanji Virpal Parbat Shah, who died at Milimani, Kisumu, on 6th January, 2013. CAUSE NO. E153 OF 2025 By (1) Alfred Odhiambo Ogendo and (2) Calvin Omondi Ogendo, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tobias Wadhiaya alias Ogendo Wadhiaya, who died at Manyatta, on 21st November, 1994. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
