TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E75 OF 2024 By Agnes Waginga Ndung’u, of P.O. Box 576, Molo in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Ndung’u Kahuha, who died at Olbumbu, on 30th March, 2021. CAUSE NO. E564 OF 2025 By (1) Priscilah Wanjiku Wainaina, (2) Grace Mukuhi and (3) Wainaina Charles Kimani, all of P.O. Box 106–20203, Londiani in Kenya, the deceased’s widow daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Henry Wainaina Kiomau, who died on 9th December, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
