TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: 19th December, 2025 THE KENYA GAZETTE CAUSE NO. E342 OF 2025 By Peter Nganga Kuria, of P.O. Box 123, Njoro in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esther Njeri Muiruri, who died at Bagaria Sub-location, on 5th July, 1992. CAUSE NO. E627 OF 2025 By (1) Kagwira Jackline Kanana and (2) Kenneth Kathurima Ibeere, both of P.O. Box 71–20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rachel Kagwiria Ibeere alias Rachel Kagwira Ibeere, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Nakuru in Kenya, on 18th September, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
