TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E629 OF 2025 By (1) David Getange Thomas, (2) James Ouko Muthiga and (3) Anthony Omayo Muthiga, all of P.O. Box 85, Miranginei in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thomas Muthiga Magari, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Nakuru in Kenya, on 3rd December, 2018. CAUSE NO. E682 OF 2025 By Julia Muthoni Mutura, of P.O. Box 500, Njoro in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rosemary Wanjiru Kimani, who died at Piave, Njoro, on 23rd August, 2008. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
