E332 OF 2025 By (1) John Makokha Wanyama and (2) Tabitha Nasimiyu Wanyama, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rastus Wanyama Khaemba, who died at Cheptononi Sub-location, on 20th December, 2012. CAUSE NO. E333 OF 2025 By David Sikuku Mwasame, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwasame Kundubusa alias Mwasame Kundusuba, who died at East Siboti, on 30th June, 1992. CAUSE NO. E335 OF 2025 By Mary Nasimiyu Matifari, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simon Simiyu Matifari, who died at Mukwa Area, on 16th May, 2023. CAUSE NO. E340 OF 2025 By Cornelius W. Makhanu, of P.O. Box 839, Bungoma in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Silvester Makhanu Sitati, who died at Bungoma County Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 9th April, 2021.
