TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E166 OF 2024 By Daniel Waweru Mungai, of P.O. Box 553–00900, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Mungai Kabiu, who died at Nazareth Hospital in Kenya, on 7th May, 2017. CAUSE NO. E39 OF 2025 By (1) James Mburu Waithaka and (2) Gabriel Njoroge Nganga, both of P.O. Box 56, Matathia in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration testate to the estate of Hannah Njeri Waithaka, who died at Mukeu, on 6th November, 2007. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
