TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E444 OF 2025 By Mary Wanjiru Ndirangu, of P.O. Box 82, Mweiga in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Annah Mumbi Gakere, who died at Njengu Sub-location, on 29th March, 2018. CAUSE NO. E447 OF 2025 By Joseph Ndei Ndirangu, of P.O. Box 342, Nyeri in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jacob Ndirangu Macharia alias Ndirangu Macaria, who died at Consolata Hospital in Kenya, on 20th June, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
