Box 1–90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Katiwa Matheka, who died at Kitui, on 14th October, 2008. CAUSE NO. E431 OF 2025 By Muema Mulei, of P.O. Box 385–90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kailu Mulei, who died at Wikililye Sub-location, on 30th April, 2025. CAUSE NO. E473 OF 2025 By Kamene Muthembwa, of P.O. Box 385–90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mumo Mbeva, who died at Katulani Location, on 3rd May, 1992. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
