E103 OF 2025 By (1) Millicent Awuor Okach, (2) Roy Allen Okach and (3) Fiona Michelle Okach, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Enock Jairus Okach, who died at Nairobi Women’s Hospital in Kenya, on 17th August, 2024. THE KENYA GAZETTE 19th December, 2025 CAUSE NO. E115 OF 2025 By Elizabeth Waithira Ngamate, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kezia Wairimu Kihara, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 16th November, 1998. CAUSE NO. E120 OF 2025 By Mary Gathoni Karanja, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alfred Karanja Mbugua, who died at Ongata Rongai, on 26th December, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
