TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E622 OF 2025 By George Mogaka Ombati, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Bogomba Mongare, who died on 23rd October, 2025. CAUSE NO. 628 OF 2025 By Abisalom Bugitsa Omem, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Luka Memo, who died at Bware Sub-location, on 12th October, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
