TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E116 OF 2025 By Meshack Ondigi Nduko, of P.O. Box 200, Ikonge in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Nduko Riro alias Nduko Riro, who died at Borioba, on 28th February, 2020. CAUSE NO. E205 OF 2025 By (1) Josephine Ombiro, (2) Grace Moraa Magori and (3) Joseph Onchiri, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kerubo Nyakungu, who died at Moitunya, on 11th November, 1999. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
