TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E121 OF 2025 By (1) Kenga Kivatsi Lewa and (2) Ali Karisa Mumba, the deceased’s son and nephew, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bandika Lewa alias Bandika Kewa, who died on 8th November, 1998. CAUSE NO. E135 OF 2025 By (1) Kahindi Anderson Chome, (2) David Mwambegu Kiponda, (3) Fergus Chiguba Tsuma and (4) Alex Karisa Kiponda, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kalume Ngala Hinzano, who died on 26th May, 1999. CAUSE NO. E182 OF 2025 By Duncan Bokoro Muta, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bokoro Muta Mwagandi, who died at Mbwaka, Kakomani, on 5th November, 1987. CAUSE NO. E194 OF 2025 By Kadenge Karisa, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kadenge Karisa, who died on 10th February, 1982. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
