CAUSE NO. E135 OF 2025 By Stephen Macharia Mbuthia, of P.O. Box 154, Kangema in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Kang’aru Mbuthia, who died on 12th June, 2024. CAUSE NO. E142 OF 2025 By (1) Joel Mbataru Kanyoro and (2) Samuel Gathee Kanyoro, both of P.O. Box 630, Kiseriani in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Njoki Kanyoro, who died at Hurlingham, on 27th February, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
