E74 OF 2025 By Charles Ndungu Mburu, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwangi Githiaya alias Mwangi Githieya, who died at Siron Sub-location, on 22nd January, 2003. CAUSE NO. E75 OF 2025 By Joseph Kimondo Ngugi, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ramathan Said alias Ramadhan Said alias Said Ramathani alias Ranadhani Saidi Gakunie, who died at District Hospital, Nyahururu in Kenya, on 22nd June, 1988. E83 OF 2025 By (1) Catherine Wambui Macharia and (2) Agnes Wamboi Kingori, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jeremano King’ori Mureithi alias Kingori s/o Mureithi J. Kingori Muriithi, who died at Mararal, on 30th December, 1989. CAUSE NO. E85 OF 2025 By (1) Shadrack Wachira Kahiuhia and (2) John Wanjohi Wanjiru, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Virginia Wanjiru Wachira, who died on 19th March, 2023. CAUSE NO. E90 OF 2025 By (1) Mary Wangui Njogo and (2) Isaac Mwangi Njogo, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Isaac Njogu Mwangi, who died at Marmanet, Laikipia, on 11th August, 1990.
