TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E180 OF 2025 By (1) Ernest M. Thuranira and (2) Jacinta Karimi M’Ithinji, both of P.O. Box 427, Nkubu in Kenya, the deceased’s cousin and sister, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Beatrice Kajuju M’Ithinji, who died at Lower Kiungone, on 27th November, 1999. CAUSE NO. E181 OF 2025 By (1) Ernest M. Thuranira and (2) Jacinta Karimi M’Ithinji, both of P.O. Box 427, Nkubu in Kenya, the deceased’s nephew and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Ithinji M’Mwamba, who died at Lower Kiungone, on 1st September, 2003. CAUSE NO. E204 OF 2025 By Letiria Nkuru Muraa, of P.O. Box 427–60202, Nkubu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muraga Philip, who died at Nkumari, on 12th December, 2013. CAUSE NO. E234 OF 2025 By Edith Gata Elias, of P.O. Box 48, Igoji in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Mburugu M’Muthuri alias Mburugu Muthuri, who died at Catholic Hospital, Waba in Kenya, on 21st January, 1982. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
