TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E51 OF 2025 By (1) Lucy Kiacia Magiri and (2) Brian Leboi ole Sekento, both of 747–00208, Ngong Hills in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Nathan ole Sekento, who died at Coptic Hospital in Kenya, on 10th December, 2023. CAUSE NO. E77 OF 2025 By (1) Evaline Chepkemoi and (2) Amos Edward Saibulu Mboya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Mboya Monirei, who died on 23rd July, 2021. CAUSE NO. E79 OF 2025 By (1) Mary Wanjiku Kimiri and (2) Kennedy Gitau Njoroge, the deceased’s widow and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Njoroge Gitau, who died at True Hospital, on 21st November, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
