Box 905, Mumias in Kenya, the deceased’s sister and nephew, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Juma Ometi Suku, who died on 26th February, 2011. CAUSE NO. E265 OF 2025 By Antony Nderema Makari, of P.O. Box 905, Mumias in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Makari Kalabayi alias Makari Kalabayi Mwabini, who died on 8th June, 1995. CAUSE NO. E266 OF 2025 By Johnstone Wesonga Oyula, of P.O. Box 1080, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jackson Oyula, who died in 1967. CAUSE NO. E270 OF 2025 By Aggrey Mwandia Makokha, of P.O. Box 26, Shianda in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julius Makokha Mwandia, who died on 1st July, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
