E401 OF 2025 By Herin Fibi Othano, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Mumbo Amimo, who died at Mayenya Sub-location, on 14th December, 1992. CAUSE NO. E415 OF 2025 By William Njiri Abonyo, of P.O. Box 510–40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Abonyo Njiri, who died at Konya, on 16th January, 1994. CAUSE NO. E421 OF 2025 By Johibrania George Ogollah, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Isaac Oguta Ago alias Oguta Ago, who died on 13th March, 1974. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
