TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E7 OF 2025 By (1) Nkulaa ene Sirinketi, (2) Lempusel ole Siringet and (3) Kisioki ole Lekitony, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Siringeti ole Kuraru, who died on 6th September, 1993. CAUSE NO. E25 OF 2025 By (1) Justus Gatiba Kagori and (2) Charles Karogo Kagori, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lucy Wairimu Kagori, who died on 28th April, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
