TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: THE KENYA GAZETTE 19th December, 2025 CAUSE NO. E15 OF 2025 By (1) Umazi Wato Juaje, (2) Mwaega Wato Juaje and (3) Kombo Wato Juje, the deceased’s widow and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wato Juaje Mtula, who died at Zamandani, Bovu Village, on 24th April, 2024. CAUSE NO. E19 OF 2025 By Douglas Karisa Charo, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Iha Menza Dena, who died at Mariakani, on 21st April, 2018. CAUSE NO. E20 OF 2025 By Nicholas Kahindi Karisa, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nicholas Kahindi Karisa, who died at Tabora, Kaloleni, on 4th April, 2011. CAUSE NO. E21 OF 2025 By James Safari Lewa, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lewa Kazungu, who died at Mariakani, on 20th March, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
