TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E50 OF 2025 By (1) Samuel Njenga Wainaina, (2) John Wainaina Wanuna and (3) Ndungu Wainaina Kiratu, all of P.O. Box 1, Miharati in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wainaina Kiratu, who died at Malewa Sub-location, on 4th May, 1994. CAUSE NO. E102 OF 2025 By (1) David Ng’ang’a Muigai and (2) Susan Njambi Wamugi, both of P.O. Box 3, Ol Kalou in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Muigai Ng’ang’a alias John Muigai Nganga, who died at Kandutura, on 10th May, 2008. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
