TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E161 OF 2024 By (1) Francis Nzuki Mutisya and (2) Musau Mutisya, both of P.O. Box 1023–90115, Kangundo in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ruth Mutisya Nzai, who died on 9th March, 2013. CAUSE NO. E123 OF 2025 By Ndinda Mbuvi, of P.O. Box 550–90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Richard Mbuvi Muthiani alias Mbuvi Muthiani, who died at Kangundo Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd April, 1983. THE KENYA GAZETTE 19th December, 2025 The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
