CAUSE NO. E321 OF 2025 By Miriam Mmbone Karani, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Aggrey Adolwa Chasia, who died at Mbihi Sub-location, on 23rd June, 2008. CAUSE NO. E406 OF 2025 By Amatangu Margaret Semo alias Margaret Semo Amatangu, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Henry Amatangu alias Tuti Henry, who died at Esirulo Sub- location, on 23rd September, 2001. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
