TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E229 OF 2025 By Margaret Nanci Kirigia, of P.O. Box 200, Kanyakine in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kirigia Manene alias M’Kirigia M’Manene, who died at Meru General Hospital in Kenya, on 14th June, 2005. THE KENYA GAZETTE 19th December, 2025 The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
