Box 23, Funyula in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Odwory Obare Makhulo alias Odwori Obare Makhulo, who died on 2nd November, 1996. Box 23, Funyula in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George William Ogesa alias George William Were Ogesa, who died on 10th September, 2004. CAUSE NO. E150 OF 2025 By Duncan Barasa Bwire, of P.O. Box 23, Funyula in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gerald Bwire Odundo alias Gerald Odundo, who died on 6th April, 1989. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
