APPOINTMENT
PURSUANT to Standing Order No. 29 of the County Assembly
Standing Orders, it is notified for the information of Members of the
County Assembly of Bomet and the general public that the County
Assembly shall have a special sitting on Wednesday, 14th January, 2026, at 2.30 p.m., at the County Assembly Mini Chambers in Bomet for purposes of transacting the following business:
1. First Reading of the Bomet County Rating Bill, 2025.
2. First Reading of the Bomet County Health Facility
Improvement and Public Health Financing Bill, 2025.
3. Tabling and Committal of Nominees for Appointment as
Chairperson, Members and Secretary of the County Public Service
Board.
4. Tabling and consideration of the Report of the Selection
Committee on the Re-constitution of Committees; and, 5. Tabling and Committal of Nominees for Appointment as
County Executive Committee Members.
