REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Willie Ndurubu Ephantus, is registered as proprietor of leasehold ownership interest of that piece of land containing 0.10 hectare or thereabouts, known as Nairobi/Block 66/8206 (Formerly Dagoretti/Riruta/T. 271), situate in the district of Nairobi, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost or misplaced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
