WHEREAS Rashid Rajabu Hamisi, is registered as proprietor in freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land known as Mombasa/Bububu “A” Settlement Scheme/125, situate in the Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, registered under title No. Temp. CF.44166, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
