THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Bibi Sayid Abanur and (2) Nurein Hamza, both of P.O. Box 80000–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of leasehold of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 14867/I/MN, containing 0.0300 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, registered as CR. 67388, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, and whereas the owner has executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period, under section 33 (3) of the Land Registration Act.
