REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Peter Muia Kieti, of P.O. Box 154–90300, Makueni in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, known as Makueni/Ulu/793, situate in Makueni County, by virtue of a title deed, and whereas the said land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
