REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Mathuku Nzomo Mutisya and (2) Beatrice mutile Mathuku, both of P.O. Box 2, Kikima in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, known as tulimani/Yandue/2241, situate in Makueni County, by virtue of a title deed, and whereas the said land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
