THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Wambura Mwita, (2) John Rioba Mwita and (3) Joseph Mwita Mwita, are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 14.5 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Kuria, registered under title No. Nyabasi/Bomerani/572, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
