REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kazungu Charo Mweni, of P.O. Box 1055–80200, Malindi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 11.08 hectares or thereabout, registered under title No. Malindi/Ramada/220, situate in Kilifi County, by virtue of a title deed, and whereas the said land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
